Audio FAQ
Audio can either be streamed by selecting "play" or saved by selecting the "save" option. Audio is available in two formats; RealPlayer or MP3.

If you want to play a message, go to the Audio Messages page, select the message you want to hear and select the icon that says “Play”.
If you want to save a message, select the icon that says “Save”. The file will be saved to your computer.
Transcripts can be saved by clicking on the transcript option.
