Enoch, a righteous man, was the father of Methuselah and grandfather of Noah. There’s a common belief that Enoch never died and that God raptured him to heaven. Does the Bible actually say all that? You might be surprised. Let’s see if that’s true. But first understand that the word “raptured” is just the Latin word translation of “caught up” in 1 Thess 4:17. Don’t make a bigger deal of the word “raptured” than it is. Many believe God caught Enoch up to heaven, or raptured, and he never died.
